Waiver Agreement: I understand that entering or participating at Clermont RC involves risks, including collisions, flying debris, batteries/fuel, uneven ground, weather, and the actions of others. I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, death, or property damage.
In consideration for being allowed on the property, I release and agree not to sue Clermont RC, its owners, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and representatives for any claims arising from my presence or participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent allowed by Florida law.
I agree to follow all rules and accept responsibility for my conduct and equipment. Clermont RC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
If signing for a minor, I confirm I am authorized to do so and consent to the minor’s participation.
